Workspace Rules & Guidelines

Welcome to Annex Business Center! To ensure a professional, productive, and comfortable environment for all members and guests, please follow the guidelines below.

🏢 Professional Conduct

  • Treat all members, guests, and staff with courtesy and respect.

  • Maintain professional behavior at all times.

  • Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate language will not be tolerated.

🔇 Noise & Courtesy

  • Please keep phone calls, meetings, and conversations at a reasonable volume.

  • Use headphones when listening to audio or participating in virtual meetings.

  • Respect designated quiet work areas.

💻 Workspace Usage

  • Use only the workspace, office, desk, conference room, or meeting space you have reserved.

  • Clean your workspace before leaving.

  • Do not leave personal belongings unattended overnight unless authorized.

📅 Reservations & Bookings

  • All conference rooms, private offices, desks, and workspace reservations must be booked through the Member Portal.

  • Reservations are subject to availability.

  • Please cancel reservations you no longer need to allow other members access.

Please help yourself responsibly and dispose of trash properly.

🌐 Internet & Technology

  • Wi-Fi access is provided for business and professional use.

  • Members are responsible for securing their own devices and data.

  • Unauthorized downloading, illegal activities, or network misuse are prohibited.

🧹 Cleanliness

  • Keep common areas clean and organized.

  • Dispose of trash in designated receptacles.

  • Report spills, damages, or maintenance concerns to management immediately.

🚭 Smoking & Safety

  • Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco products are prohibited inside the facility.

  • Emergency exits, hallways, and common areas must remain clear at all times.

  • Follow all posted safety procedures and staff instructions.

👥 Guests

  • Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests.

  • Guests must check in on the iPad located on the wall.

  • Excessive guest usage may require additional booking accommodations.

🚪 End of Day Procedures

  • Remove personal belongings.

  • Return furniture and equipment to their original locations.

  • Ensure conference room doors are closed when meetings conclude.
